Custom Kilauea Bass Drive for Hutch Hutchinson. If it gets his approval you know its good! My Rat style Distortion / OD  of my HaiR METAL & WildFlower, modified  to run with  Bi Polar +9v / -9v power.  Just like the GREAT Steve Rabe did with his Raven Labs units. R.I.P. 

It allows for more  Headroom & Low End- PERFECT for Bass & Acoustic guitar.

3 way toggle for my 3 fav modes. MosFet / LED / Germanium. (Klon diodes came from @analogmike_piera himself another O.G. & great guy)

Knowing Hutch's love for Hawaii's power, mystique & soul, I had my kid G paint a killer mural of the Kīlauea Volcano erupting all the way around the enclosure.

The Kilauea is an active shield volcano in the Hawaiian Islands on the southeastern shore. The Kilauea BassDrive is currently on the road with Hutch & I am beyond proud & thankful for the opportunity not only to meet him, fix his gear, but get his approval! BassDrive DONE...but there will be only 1 Kilauea :)
